From street parties and club nights, to fine dining and the craft beer revolution, he has extensive experience in creating engaging community events. After soaking up the place-making scene in Amsterdam, Luke moved to Melbourne to pursue his passion for creating socially & environmentally sustainable communities. Luke strengths are community engagement, workshop facilitation, event management, and creative brand strategy.

Jacob has hands-on industry experience across the sectors of urban design & landscape architecture. He has worked internationally and has presented projects and research in Vietnam, Amsterdam and New York. Jacob has extended experience with client and consultant liaison and has excellent communication skills. He has led numerous consultations for local and regional governments to enhance the design of our city and suburban fabric.

Alvaro’s work experience has allowed him to communicate the importance of consumer needs to both private and public sector organisations in Australia and internationally.



Caroline is a corporate and sustainability strategist, working towards a diverse, collaborative and thriving future.

She has worked for 10 years as a strategy consultant in Europe, Asia and Australia – and she is experienced across a long list of business issues including strategy, performance improvement, organisation, process and governance redesign, transformation program management. She likes applying structured thinking and frameworks to analyse strategic problems and provide practical solutions.
